Every cancer case is individual. Assessments are based on the reports you provide and do not replace in-person examination. Survival statistics are population-level data, not personal predictions.
1. Nature of the service
OncologyIstanbul is an independent patient-advocacy and intermediary service. We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine. Remote assessments are issued by independent, named physicians on the basis of the documents you provide.
2. No doctor–patient relationship
A remote second opinion does not by itself create a treatment relationship. Treatment agreements are concluded directly between you and the hospital, under its medical license and Turkish law.
3. Emergencies
Our service is not for emergencies. If the patient's condition deteriorates acutely, contact local emergency services immediately.
