1. The service
OncologyIstanbul Ltd. is a registered health-tourism intermediary (Istanbul). We arrange remote assessments, competing hospital quotes, and treatment coordination; medical services themselves are provided by licensed hospitals and physicians under their own licenses.
2. Fees and price parity
Partner hospitals pay our fee — you never pay more through us than going direct to the same hospital for the same protocol. If you find a genuinely lower direct price, we match it or step aside. The second-opinion service is free and creates no obligation.
3. No outcome guarantees
We will never promise a cure. Assessments state what the reviewing board could and could not verify remotely, and survival statistics are population-level data, not personal predictions.
4. Treatment contracts and liability
Treatment agreements are concluded directly between you and the hospital, under its medical license and Turkish law. Our responsibility is limited to the intermediary services we provide: document handling, translation, quotes, and coordination.
